Any resumes submitted through the web site or directly by recruiters/staffing agencies without a signed agreement in place will be considered unsolicited and Reliant will not be obligated to pay a referral fee. Hiring is managed by the Human Resources Department. Recruiters/staffing agencies that directly contact employees or managers at the company may hinder their opportunity for a future professional relationship.
